In the process of product painting, the construction technical index of anti-static floor paint generally attaches great importance to the detection of various quality indexes of floor paint coatings, but usually neglects the detection of the quality of floor paint coatings. Before painting, the quality of epoxy floor paint should be strictly controlled to ensure the high quality of products. (3) There are international standards for the quality of commonly used coatings and for the quality of coatings (referring to solvent coatings) as well as national standards, standards issued by the Ministry of Chemical Industry and quality standards for each factory. In the quality standard of floor paint, there are such items as fineness, viscosity, leveling, covering power, density, flash point and consistency of the coating. There is also a quality item that can be measured daily before use.
Epoxy floor paint and floor renovation although their selection of materials and construction is basically the same, but they are not the same way, the floor renovation will be the first to remove the old floor, and do the underlying treatment.
To eradicate the old coatings, the first thing to do is to make clear the aging state of the floor and the compatibility of the new floor paint. If the aging level of the floor is severe, you can use water immersion, scouring and then finishing with a putty knife. The internal stress of epoxy floor coatings is low in the course of cross-linking and curing. During the process of film formation, many factors in the technical application of functional floor coatings will lead to the internal stress of the coatings and cause the final defects of the coatings, especially the reduction of adhesion of the coatings to the substrate. When the epoxy resin molecule contains the secondary light group, it also derives some meridian groups. The hydrogen bond association between the light groups makes the epoxy resin molecule arrange tightly. Therefore, the density difference of the epoxy resin before and after curing is small. Moreover, the curing reaction of the epoxy resin is mainly the addition polymerization of the gradual ring opening, and there is no such reaction. As a by-product of small molecules, the curing shrinkage of epoxy resin is very low, so the adhesion between the film and the interface is little affected by the curing of epoxy resin coatings.
