基面處理:打磨基面、清潔地面,修補找平缺損和基面平整度,清潔幹燥;

1、环氧地坪表面的處理

新竣工的工業环氧地坪必須經過一定的養護後方可施工,約28天,同時,清除表面的水泥浮漿、舊漆以及粘附的垃圾雜物。

2、塗飾封閉塗料

在處理清潔、平整的砼表面,采用高壓無氣噴塗或輥塗,环氧封閉底塗料一道,局部漏塗可用刷子補塗,表面多餘的底漆必須在下道工序施工前打磨處理好。

3、批刮批刮料

調整地面平整度,用100～200目的石英砂和环氧批刮料,作為第1道膩子,要充分攪拌均勻、刮平,然後用200—270目的石英砂和环氧批刮料,作為第2道膩子,此道主要用於增強地面的耐磨及平整度,用砂袋式無塵滾動磨砂機打磨並吸塵清潔。
