混凝土密封固化劑材料环境要求以及施工方法

滲透到混凝土裡面的化合物與已凝結的混凝土中所含的半水化水泥,遊離鈣,氧化矽等物質經過一系列復雜的化學反應,產生硬質性物質,這些化合物最終會使混凝土表層的密實度提高,從而提高混凝土表層的強度、硬度、耐磨性、抗滲性等指標,這類產品被稱為混凝土密封固化劑。

混凝土密封固化劑的施工要求裡對空氣相對濕度的要求是小於80%。因為混凝土密封固化劑是水性塗料,如果空氣濕度過大,混凝土含水量過高,混凝土密封固化劑將始終溶於水,而無法與混凝土內部的無機化合物和氧化鈣反應,從而更無法與生成物進行二次反應。

混凝土密封固化劑施工方法:
Construction method of concrete seal curing agent:
1、將基層表面清理幹凈、除去浮灰,油污等不利於粘結的物質;若為舊基層坑窪過多需預先補平;依施工面積計量好高滲透密封固化劑用量。
1. Clean up the surface of the base course, remove the floating ash, oil dirt and other materials which are not conducive to bonding; if there are too many pits in the old base course, it is necessary to make up in advance; measure the amount of high permeability sealant curing agent according to the construction area.
2、將高滲透密封固化劑均勻倒在地面上,自由流動滲透,同時可用抹子輕刮使整個地面均勻滲透;當基面滲透反應變得滑稠,用水霧濕潤粘稠表面使高滲透密封固化劑繼續滲透反應。

3、觀察基面的密實程度和滲透狀況,進行塗刷地面三遍及以上高滲透密封固化劑。
