淺談熱風爐在農作物方面的節能效果穩定性

Under the background of advocating saving and intellectualization in our country, our company aims at the shortcomings of high energy consumption, low efficiency, high labor cost and poor quality of drying products of hot blast stoves for crop drying. Based on the drying process parameters of honeysuckle and cauliflower, a set of hot blast stove and its supporting intelligent control system were designed, and the stability of hot blast velocity and temperature at the outlet of hot blast stove was tested and verified. In the control system, the fuzzy self-adaptive PID was used to calculate the control parameters of hot blast temperature at the outlet of hot blast stove. The main contents of this paper are as follows:
(1)講述瞭農作物幹燥成都找人公司的種類和智能控制系統在國內外研究現狀和發展趨勢。選用瞭以生物質作為燃料,以循环水進行熱交換介質,分別對控制風機轉速來對熱風風速進行智能控制和控制水泵電機的轉速來實現溫度的隨時調節;

(4)設計瞭熱風爐的智能控制系統。保證出風口熱風溫度和風速穩定,以單片機STM32作為主控,采用瞭模糊自適PID算法來控制溫度,通過Matlab等工具進行仿真試驗;

(5)對熱風爐樣機進行驗證試驗,通過改變指標,對三種溫度和風速模式都進行驗證,終得到的出風口的溫度與標準溫度相比較,得出穩定性為95%以上。
(5) The validation test of the hot blast stove prototype is carried out. By changing the index, the three temperature and wind speed modes are validated. Compared with the standard temperature, the final temperature of the outlet is more than 95%.
